The owner of a major food distribution company sold his waterfront Coral Gables mansion for $47 million, and next door, Miami attorney Anthony Lopez and his fiancée Dr. Nicole Martin bought the waterfront teardown for $15.6 million. The two deals closed within days of each other for their respective asking prices, signaling the strength of the ultra-luxury home market in South Florida.
