Billionaire Russell Weiner secured a buyer for his waterfront home on North Bay Road that Keith Menin gut-renovated and recently listed for sale. The deal is one of 13 contracts signed in Miami-Dade County between Oct. 20 and Oct. 26, according to the latest Eklund-Gomes report, which tracks listings of homes and condos asking $4 million and up in Miami-Dade that are included in the Multiple Listing Service.
