Serhant in, Elliman out at Meta’s Coconut Grove condo project
More than a year after launching sales for its boutique Coconut Grove condo project, Meta Development is bringing in Serhant to replace Doublas Elliman as the marketing lead. The six-story, 14-unit Opus Coconut Grove is slated for the site at 3137 Southwest 27th Avenue. Meta, a joint venture between Miami-based Lucid Investment Group and Brazil’s Iron Capital, landed a $28 million construction loan for the project in August. Lucid is led by Andrew Rasken, and Iron is helmed by Bruno Guedes and Bruno Benevides.
