South Florida developer, real estate attorney Isaac Kodsi dies at 59
South Florida developer and longtime real estate attorney, Isaac Kodsi, died last weekend at the age of 59. Isaac founded and led Ark Capital Group, a Pembroke Pines-based real estate investment firm that specializes in debt and equity for projects that are under $50 million. “We are deeply saddened by the unexpected passing of Isaac Kodsi,” according to a statement from a family spokesperson. “We ask for privacy and respect for Isaac’s family as they navigate this difficult time.” Kodsi is survived by his wife, Teresita Kodsi, four children and his siblings, who include his brother, developer Dan Kodsi.
