🏆 Commercial: The top commercial real estate deal to hit records was in Davie, where an office building at 5400 South University Drive changed hands for $12.3 million. The seller was an LLC tied to RESMA LLC, based in Hallandale Beach, and the buyer was an LLC linked to Robert Shub. The seller purchased the nearly 57,000-square-foot property in 2020 for $10.7 million.
