🏆 Residential: The most expensive home sale recorded in South Florida came in at $27.1 million, for a waterfront home at 194 South Island Drive in Golden Beach. The sellers were developer Michael Klinger and his wife, Michelle Frohlich-Klinger, and the buyer was Atlantis LLC. The home, built last year, has six bedrooms across more than 7,600 square feet.
