🏆 Commercial: Doral had the top commercial real estate transaction recorded in South Florida, where two car dealerships traded for $50 million. The seller was Bill Seidle’s Automotive Group, and the buyer was Dream Motor Group. One property was a Nissan car dealership spanning roughly 48,000 square feet at 10500 Northwest 12th Street, near Miami International Airport, which sold for $27 million. The other was a Mitsubishi locale at 10688 Northwest 12th Street, which went for $23 million.
