🏆 Residential: Miami Beach had the top home sale to hit records in South Florida. A waterfront home at 6596 Allison Road on Allison Island sold for $51 million. The seller was an LLC managed by Michael Burke, CEO of LVMH Fashion Group, and the buyer was Lagoon LLC, which has an address tied to a Reno, Nevada law firm.
