🏆 Residential: The top home sale recorded in South Florida was in Palm Beach, where Anthony Lomangino, a waste management magnate and Trump appointee, and his wife, Lynda Lomangino, purchased an oceanfront mansion at 260 North Ocean Boulevard for $76.7 million. The sellers were Harvey and Mary Ann Kinzelberg; Harvey Kinzelberg is the founder of Sequel Capital.
