🏆 Residential: The top home sale recorded in South Florida was in Miami Beach. Alan and Nancy Manocherian parted with a condo at 800 South Pointe Drive for $14.8 million. Alan Manocherian is part of the Manocherian New York real estate family, and Nancy Manocherian founded a theater incubator called The Cell Theater. The buyers were developer Howard Auman and his wife, life coach and yoga instructor Lindsey Auman.
