🏆 Residential: The priciest home sale recorded in the tri-county region was for a waterfront home at 1818 West 23rd Street in Miami Beach, which sold for $26 million, or more than $4,100 per square foot. The seller of the 6,300-square-foot home was Rosalie Alter, widow of real estate executive Richard Alter. The buyer was a trust tied to Corey Schiller.
