🏆 Residential: The most expensive home sale to hit records in South Florida was Mark Zuckerberg and Priscilla Chan’s purchase of a waterfront mansion on a 2-acre estate at 7 Indian Creek Road for $170 million. The sellers of the 28,000-square-foot home, which is under construction, were cosmetic surgeon Dr. Aaron Rollins and his wife Marine Rollins. Danny and Jill Hertzberg with the Jills Zeder Group at Coldwell Banker had the listing. Brett Harris of Bespoke Real Estate represented Zuckerberg and Chan.
