A trust tied to David MacNeil, founder of WeatherTech, dropped $68.3 million on an oceanfront mansion at 1940 South Ocean Boulevard. The sellers were Frank and Dolores Mennella; Frank Mennella is a retired automotive warranty executive. The property sits on a nearly 2-acre lot and spans 16,600 square feet.
