Kathy Palmer Ordoñez, a life sciences executive, sold a house one block from the ocean, at 702 North Ocean Boulevard, for $9.7 million. The buyer was an LLC managed by Frederick and Maria Paulman. Frederick Paulman is the founder of a financial planning firm. The home spans 5,500 square feet and has five bedrooms and five bathrooms. The sale works out to about $1,800 per square foot.
