William Rickman, a real estate investor, and his wife Marcia Rickman parted with a home at 143 Clarendon Avenue for $25 million. The buyer was an LLC managed by Linnette Miller and Robert Miller, a developer. The property spans 7,600 square feet and has five bedrooms and eight bathrooms. It dates to 1924.
