🏆 Residential: Billionaire Randal Kirk, who founded the venture firm Third Security, sold an ocean-front mansion at 820 South Ocean Boulevard for $62.5 million — more than 53 percent off his original asking price of $134 million. Kirk purchased the 2.3-acre estate, which has a 15,500-square-foot main house and a 4,800-square-foot guest house, in 2011 for $25.5 million. The buyer in the latest deal was Westview Holdings LLC. Margit Brandt with Premier Estate Properties had the listing, which went live in September.
