South Florida’s top deals: Surf Club condo sells for $33M
🏆 Residential: The top home sale recorded in South Florida was in Surfside, where a condo at 9001 Collins Avenue, the Surf Club Four Seasons Residences, changed hands for $33 million or about $4,500 per square foot. The 7,400-square-foot unit has ocean views, a terrace, seven bedrooms, seven full bathrooms and a half bath. It last sold in 2018 for $21 million, then it went back on the market in 2024 with an asking price of $42 million.
