🏆 Residential: The top sale to hit records in South Florida was in Palm Beach, where trusts tied to Lili and Ambrose Monell, Maia Monell and Maurizio Morello sold a lakefront estate at 635 Crest Road for $57 million. The buyer was another trust, with Cameron Casey as trustee. The property has a dock and spans about 7,800 square feet; it dates to the 1950s. A few years ago, the Monells sold a neighboring property, a vacant lot, for $25 million.
