The seller was the family of the late Harry Hersey Jr. and Martha Hersey. The buyer was a trust. The riverfront mansion spans more than 10,400 square feet and has five bedrooms, five full bathrooms and one half bathroom. Built in 2002, it also has a five-car garage, elevator and pool.
