🏆 Residential: The top residential deal to be recorded was in Tequesta, where a single-family home at 19223 Riverside Drive changed hands for $11.2 million. The seller was the family of the late Harry Hersey Jr. and Martha Hersey. The buyer was a trust. The riverfront mansion spans more than 10,400 square feet and has five bedrooms, five full bathrooms and one half bathroom. Built in 2002, it also has a five-car garage, elevator and pool.
