Swerdlow buys 2-acre Miami dev site for its 5,000-plus-unit workforce, affordable project
Swerdlow Group bought a nearly 2-acre development site in Miami’s Little River neighborhood for $11.5 million. The property will be part of Swerdlow’s planned 5,000-plus unit affordable and workforce multifamily redevelopment of several public housing complexes in Little River. Michael Swerdlow’s Coconut Grove-based firm bought the property at 7275 and 7373 Northwest Seventh Avenue in Miami, according to records and real estate database Vizzda. An affiliate of roofing supply company ABC Supply sold the site. The property consists of a 33,700-square-foot warehouse built in 1982, as well as six vacant lots, records show.
