Swire Miami’s Henry Bott steps down, Dave Martin takes over as president
Henry Bott is stepping down as president of Swire Properties in Miami after just three years. The Hong Kong-based firm promoted Dave Martin to take over effective Mar. 16, according to a news release. Bott is moving back to his hometown of London with his family after a career with Swire that spans more than a decade and posts in China, Vietnam and Florida.
