Top Compass agent Angel Nicolas jumps to Serhant
Angel Nicolas, a top agent at Compass with more than $200 million in combined sales over the past year, left the brokerage to join Serhant, The Real Deal has learned. Nicolas’ license was moved to Serhant on Monday, state licensing records show. Nicolas, a former professional baseball player, had been with Compass since 2019 and was named one of the brokerage’s top 100 agents for 2024. Most of Nicolas’ 18-person team is also in the process of transitioning to Serhant, he said.
