Top Compass agent Angel Nicolas jumps to Serhant

Angel Nicolas, a top agent at Compass with more than $200 million in combined sales over the past year, left the brokerage to join Serhant, The Real Deal has learned.  Nicolas’ license was moved to Serhant on Monday, state licensing records show.
