Vlad Doronin’s OKO Group and The Bastion Collection have partnered on a planned restaurant and exclusive club on the top two floors of the 830 Brickell office tower. Miami-based OKO and Bastion, a subsidiary of Houston-based Crest Investment Company, plan Seia with an Italian restaurant and members-only club on the 54th and 55th floors of the tower, according to a Bastion Collection news release and first reported by Bloomberg.
