Waterfront Miami Beach mansion of late Broadway legend sells for $32M
Actor and director Daisy Chaplin sold her waterfront North Bay Road home in Miami Beach for $31.5 million, years after she bought out her brother’s interest in the home. The property at 6000 North Bay Road belonged to her late father, Broadway director and producer Harold Prince. Douglas Elliman’s Dina Goldentayer represented the buyer, according to her Instagram account. Goldentayer could not be reached for comment. The two-story, 9,000-square-foot mansion has eight bedrooms and eight and a half bathrooms on a 0.8-acre lot. It was built in 1937 and expanded over the years.
