Waterfront Venetian Islands mansion rented for record $200K a month
The owner of a waterfront Venetian Islands estate rented the property out for $200,000 a month, setting a record for rentals across Miami-Dade County this year. The 9,350-square-foot mansion at 25 East Rivo Alto Drive in Miami Beach was rented for its asking price of over $21 per square foot, according to the listing. Property records show a Delaware LLC owns the seven-bedroom, seven-bathroom home. The company, Rivo Alto LLC, paid $31.5 million for the property in 2022.
