Widow flips Palm Beach townhouse at loss for $16M, six months after purchase
Crystal Lahners, the widow of ophthalmologist Dr. William Lahners, flipped her Palm Beach townhome at a loss, six months after buying it. Records show she sold the townhouse at 220 Brazilian Avenue to a Georgia entity named for the address. Christopher Leavitt with Douglas Elliman had the listing, and Gary Pohrer with Serhant brought the buyer. Lahners bought the townhouse for $16.5 million in April.
