Residential development sales veteran Amy Ballon launched a consulting firm to address what she sees as a gap in the luxury market. Ballon is leveraging her 30 years of experience in South Florida’s luxury market amid the region’s unprecedented wealth boom. She formed Ballon Development Consultants to advise developers and sales groups on luxury residential projects from early planning stages through sellout, according to a news release.
