BH, Kolter Urban score $197M construction loan amid Naples ultra-luxury boom
Kolter Urban and BH Group scored a $197 million construction loan for Olana Naples Residences, a 12-unit ultra-luxury condo on Naples’ beachfront. Affiliates of Apollo Global Management and BDT & MSD Partners provided the financing ahead of the project’s groundbreaking, which is expected later this year. At completion, Olana will have 12 residences spanning 10,000 square feet, with prices starting at $32 million. The debt pencils out to $16.4 million per unit.
