Billionaire real estate scion Stefan Soloviev sold his two side-by-side homes on the water in Delray Beach for $20.5 million. Soloviev sold the properties at 963 and 964 Eve Street, according to property records and the public listings for the homes. John and Ana Davie purchased the 7,500-square-foot, eight-bedroom house at 963 Eve Street for $15 million, according to the deed. The house sits on a 0.8-acre point lot with 450 feet of waterfront, a basketball half-court, football field, pool and spa, according to the listing.
