Billionaire Steve Ross’ Related Ross paid $28.3 million for the Village Landing in Wellington site, where it is planning the K-Park mixed-use project that will house a private school on a separate adjacent property. Records show Related Ross affiliates bought the 31-acre site at the intersection of 10400 Stribling Way and State Road 7 from the Acme Improvement District with a $29.1 mortgage from an entity tied to billionaire Barry Sternlicht’s Starwood Capital.
