South Florida’s largest industrial sales of 2025 were dominated by single-tenant logistics campuses and multi-property portfolios, with institutional investors trading heavily in Miami-Dade and Broward even as deal volume slipped from 2024’s frenzied pace. The top ten industrial deals combined for $822 million, compared to $1.1 billion last year, according to analysis by The Real Deal of Cushman & Wakefield and Colliers reports.
