Boca Raton mansion asking $18M leads Palm Beach County luxury contracts
A mansion in Boca Raton topped Palm Beach County’s luxury market last week, landing a $17.8 million contract. Buyers signed 13 contracts totaling $114 million in asking dollar volume between June 22 and June 28, according to the weekly report by Douglas Elliman’s Eklund-Gomes team. The report tracks listings in Palm Beach County above $3 million. The previous report recorded 19 contracts totaling $143.7 in asking dollar volume.
