Brazilian soccer legend Kaká buys Bal Harbour condo
Kaká, one of the greatest soccer players of his era, planted a flag in Bal Harbour. Ricardo Izecson dos Santos Leite, known by his nickname, paid $8.7 million for a condo on the 14th floor of Oceana Bal Harbour, at 10203 Collins Avenue, property records show. Kaká bought the 3,350-square-foot, three-bedroom and four-and-a-half-bathroom unit for $2,600 per square foot. Gaston Siciliano sold the Oceana condo.
