British billionaire Chris Rokos sells Manalapan estate for $83M
British billionaire and hedge fund manager Christopher Rokos sold his waterfront Manalapan mansion for $83.2 million, more than double what it last sold for a decade ago. A United Kingdom-registered entity purchased the 2.8-acre estate at 1370 South Ocean Boulevard for $40 million in 2017 from Patrón tequila executive Edward M. Brown. Ownership of the property transferred to Rokos’ name in 2021 for $100, public records show.
