City extends deadline on Charles Cohen’s delayed West Palm office project
Charles Cohen’s West Palm Beach office development won a deadline extension, after more than a year of construction delays, with the stipulation that the developer will pay rent until construction wraps up. New York-based Cohen Brothers Realty is developing the 25-story West Palm Point, a 400,000-square-foot office project at 850 South Quadrille Boulevard, locally known as the “tent site” because it was previously used for temporary exhibitions.
