Crescent Heights plots massive Live Local Act project in Edgewater

Crescent Heights is moving forward with plans for a 1,030-unit, mixed-use development in Miami’s Edgewater neighborhood.  The developer has tapped Florida’s Live Local Act to advance Nema, which is proposed for a 2.6-acre assemblage at 3180 Biscayne Boulevard, Florida Yimby reported.  Plans call for two towers connected by a podium, which would include 105,000 square feet of commercial space.
