Developer sells oceanfront home in Golden Beach for $70M
A company managed by spec home developer Ricardo Halfen sold an oceanfront mansion in Golden Beach for $69.5 million in an all-cash deal. Meridian Coast LLC, a Delaware entity, purchased the newly built 17,500-square-foot estate at 255 Ocean Boulevard, property records show. The seven-bedroom, 12-bathroom house sits on a 0.7-acre lot with a guest house, pool, spa and 100 feet of waterfront. Douglas Elliman’s Dina Goldentayer had the listing.
