Downtown Miami’s king Moishe Mana pays $89M for Fort Lauderdale office tower
Moishe Mana is taking a break from his downtown Miami buying spree, dropping $89 million on a Fort Lauderdale office building in one of the priciest office sales in Broward County this year. An entity linked to Mana’s firm, Mana Common, bought 110 Tower, a 777,250-square-foot property at 110 Southeast Sixth Street, records show. The deal penciled out to $115 per square foot. The site includes a 30-story building built in 1997 and renovated in 2015, as well as a parking garage.
