Eastwind, TMT pitch multifamily addition to Delray Beach office complex
Eastwind Development is seeking approval to add an eight-story residential building to an office complex in Delray Beach. The project, called the Easton at Atlantic, would include 352 apartment units and six three-story townhouses at the 16.3-acre Congress Park office complex at 160, 190 and 220 Congress Park Drive, between West Atlantic Avenue and South Congress Avenue, according to plans submitted to the city. The site houses three office buildings, constructed in the mid-1980s, spanning 122,600 square feet, which the developers plan to leave as-is.
