Estate Cos buys $13M dev site for West Palm Beach apartments
The Estate Companies is pushing forward its plans for a 15-story apartment complex in downtown West Palm Beach with a $13 million development site purchase. An entity for the Miami-based developer bought 1.2 acres of land at 411 West Railroad Avenue for its planned Soleste Palm Station Two. The company is led by principals Jeff Ardizon and Robert Suris. The sale was backed by an $8.4 million loan from Banesco USA, and the loan can be increased up to $16.9 million, according to public records.
