Estates at Acqualina penthouse sells for $33M, a record for the building
An affiliate of Jules and Eddie Trump’s Trump Group sold a penthouse at the Estates at Acqualina in Sunny Isles Beach for $33 million. Acquilina 26 LLC, an entity tied to consultant Lindsay Levert and real estate attorney Maria Marta Calderon of Hallandale Beach, bought the 52nd-story unit at 17975 Collins Avenue. It’s the most expensive sale to date in the tower. Morgan Stanley provided the buyer with a $20.5 million loan. Fabian Bukschtein signed the mortgage on behalf of the buyer.
