Fisher Island condo leads strong week for Miami-Dade luxury market
A Fisher Island condo topped Miami-Dade County’s luxury market last week, landing a contract at an asking price of $21.5 million. Buyers signed 26 contracts between Sept. 14 and Sept. 20, according to the weekly report by Douglas Elliman’s Eklund-Gomes team. The report tracks all listings in Miami-Dade asking $4 million and above.
