Forest Development, Kast Construction face off in legal battle over Lake Park condo
Forest Development and Kast Construction are going head-to-head in a legal battle over Nautilus 220 condominiums in Lake Park. The condo’s developer and builder are suing each other for alleged contract breach, incomplete work and failure to pay millions of dollars owed, The Palm Beach Post reported. Forest Development filed a lawsuit July 13 in Palm Beach County circuit court, accusing Kast of not completing work and alleging that the builder’s improper supervision of its subcontractors resulted in water damage and unnecessary delays.
