A cluster of single-family homes on 1-acre lots and vacant parcels near Baptist Hospital of Miami are slated for redevelopment with more than 200 apartments, proposals that riled up hundreds of neighbors in a pocket of Kendall. Four planned projects range from three to five stories, in a less than two-block area that’s just east of the main campus for Baptist Health South Florida, the region’s largest health system.
