Highland Beach waterfront mansion asking $28M tops slow Palm Beach County buying week

A Highland Beach oceanfront mansion asking for $27.9 million found a buyer, marking the largest luxury contract in an otherwise slow end-of-summer buying period. Buyers signed five contracts between Aug. 31 and Sept. 5, according to Douglas Elliman’s Eklund Gomes team, which tracks all listings countywide with an asking price of $3 million and above. Three of the contracts were for single-family homes, and two for condos. The contracts added up to $51.3 million in asking volume.
