Hines, Urban Street attract 35K sf office lease at Flagler Village development

A Fortune 500 logistics company is putting down roots in Fort Lauderdale. GXO Logistics, the world’s largest pure-play contract logistics provider, signed one the first office leases at Hines and Urban Street Development’s T3 FAT Village at 501 North Andrews Avenue, within Fort Lauderdale’s Flagler Village.
