Hotel mogul makes $4M-plus in five years on Fisher Island condo sale
Hospitality titan Keith Menin and his wife, Evelyn Menin, sold their Fisher Island condo for $10.5 million. The Menin Hospitality principal traded the unit at 6800 Fisher Island Drive in an off-market sale. ONE Sotheby’s International Realty handled both sides of the transaction with Dennis Carvajal representing the seller and Elena Bluntzer representing the buyer, whose identity has not been disclosed. The price amounts to $2,917 per square foot. Unit 6825 spans 3,600 square feet in the waterfront Palazzo Della Luna Residences.
