Influencer IShowSpeed scoops up warehouse content studio near Miami’s West Little River
Social media influencer and livesteamer IShowSpeed bought a warehouse for a content creation studio near West Little River for nearly $11 million, The Real Deal has learned. IShowSpeed, whose real name is Darren Jason Watkins Jr., bought the 26,600-square-foot industrial building on a 1.8-acre lot at 8700 Northwest Seventh Avenue in unincorporated Miami-Dade County, according to sources familiar with the deal. The seller, an entity managed by Edgar and Farid Guanuna, had paid $8 million for the property in 2022, purchasing it from nonprofit Miami Rescue Mission, records show.
