Related Ross’ proposed Hilton Curio hotel at CityPlace heads to a second hearing with the West Palm Beach city commission Tuesday. The 18-story, 400-key project at 900 South Rosemary Avenue is part of a trend of convention center hotel developments popping up across South Florida. The developer is looking for penultimate approval for a 1.8-acre site plan and zoning changes for the project, which has a rooftop pool deck and restaurant.
