Integra ready to deploy $250M after closing multifamily fund
Integra Investments is positioned to spend $250 million on apartment communities in Florida and the Southeast’s high-growth and high-barrier-to-entry markets following the closing of its opportunity fund above target, according to the company. The Miami-based real estate investment and development firm closed its Integra Multifamily Opportunity Fund LP, in partnership with anchor investor Linkvest Capital. The fund aims to purchase and boost the value of rental properties through upgrades, better operations and other improvements. A Securities and Exchange Commission filing submitted by Integra on Sept. 10 shows the fund’s target was $125 million.
